Once dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. If accepted before dispatch, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Damaged Products<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your book arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and photographs of the damaged product and packaging, where applicable. After review, Famory may offer a replacement or refund, as appropriate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Incorrect Product<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you receive a product different from the one ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Where the error is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Change of Mind<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We do not accept returns solely because a customer has changed their mind. This does not affect any consumer rights or protections available under applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"5\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Refund Processing<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where a refund is approved, it will generally be initiated within 5\u20137 business days after approval. The time taken to appear in the customer\u2019s account may depend on the payment provider or bank.
