Famory is a children’s brand offering products designed to encourage imagination, learning and curiosity among children.

All prices displayed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Prices may be changed from time to time without prior notice. The price applicable to an order is the price displayed when the order is placed.

4. Orders

• When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product(s).
• An order confirmation will be provided after successful placement/payment.
• Famory may cancel an order due to product unavailability, incorrect pricing/information, suspected fraud, inability to fulfil the order, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
• If we cancel an order after payment, the applicable amount will be refunded.

4. Payments

Payments may be processed through Razorpay and other payment methods made available on the Website. Famory does not store complete card or other payment-instrument credentials.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Delivery timelines, charges and other details are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside Famory’s control.

8. Intellectual Property

The Famory name and logo, book designs and illustrations, text, images, graphics and Website content are owned by or licensed to Famory and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.

• Attempt to interfere with Website security
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to Website systems
